- ADDITIONAL SERVICES ARE CHARGED PER TERM AND CAN ONLY BE CANCELLED AT THE END OF THE TERM (ONE TERM’S NOTICE REQUIRED).
- A PENALTY FEE IS CHARGED FOR LATE COLLECTION OF AFTERCARE STUDENTS.
- NO CANCELLATION WILL BE PROCESSED WITHOUT SUBMITTING A SIGNED CANCELLATION FORM AT THE FINANCE OFFICE.
General Fee Information
School Fees EXCLUDE the following:
- All stationery
- School uniform
- Therapists
- Aftercare
- Extramural activities & sport
- Textbooks
- Transport
- Excursion fees (entrance fees, travel cost & food etc)
- Meals
- School Photo’s
After Care Fees INCLUDE:
- Homework support
- Supervision from 13:00 – 17:15 from Mondays to Fridays
* Catering is NOT included.
Payment Methods:
- Annual – Five percent (5%) discount will be granted if all fees are paid in full, as per student account (i.e. annual school fees, registration, and enrolment fee (if applicable)).
- Sibling – Five percent (5%) discount will be granted for every sibling enrolled (Note the 1st child pays full school fees).
- Method 1 – Annual payment in advance, due by 31 January 2025 and receive 5% discount. ALL OUTSTANDING FEES MUST BE PAID TO QUALIFY FOR DISCOUNT.
- Method 2 – Pay monthly instalments (12 months). Payable in advance, e.g. January fees must be paid before the 1st of January. Pay via EFT or sign up for a debit order.

Debit orders – Debit-order payments, which can be scheduled monthly in advance x 12 months. To register bring: ID, debit card, last three months’ bank statements, and latest payslip.
